About
A Halo is a ring above the head that all students possess. A Halo turns off when the student is unconscious, such as during sleep, fainting, or death. Mystic is something inherent to everyone living in Kivotos. Students, in particular, possess a greater amount of Mystic, which multiplies their physical abilities several times over. Even if they are shot, it usually results in simple bruises or contusions, and they can recover from a mortar hit just by taking a nap. Ordinary residents also seem to possess some degree of Mystic, seeing as they can survive bomb explosions with only a few scratches.
