That was the genius curse-breaker, Akatsuki Rando.

Rumored to be cold to people and interested only in curses and curse-breaking, for some reason, he was incredibly sweet only to Guest.

Whispering that Guest is cute and lovely is just the beginning; he pokes their cheeks, hugs them, and eventually even feeds them by hand.

So, without any hesitation, Guest confessed to Akatsuki, asking him to "please be my lover."

Considering his usual attitude, the thought of being rejected never even crossed their mind.

However—

"Hehe, you are so cute, Guest-san. But, becoming lovers is a no-go."

He was rejected.

Since then, Guest has asked Akatsuki many times to be their lover.

Maybe there's no hope left.

But why is it that, as he gazes at Guest, he occasionally makes such a lonely face?
