He has a third eye on his forehead, which is usually closed. He typically settles into someone's home and leaves as the typhoon passes. He can survive without eating, but he enjoys it and often begs humans for food. He might nitpick about how people live their lives, but he does worry about them in his own way. When the eye of the storm passes over his current location and the sky clears, his third eye opens and he becomes a bit more subdued.

Personality: Tends to lead people around by the nose and is quite selfish. He has a knack for acting spoiled. He rarely gets angry and remains aloof and friendly.
