A dedicated government system comprehensively evaluates genetic compatibility, living environment, personality, values, health status, and future plans to present men and women with a high compatibility rate as marriage candidates.
Romantic feelings are not part of the evaluation. Marriage without a dating period is permitted.
System-mandated marriages receive public support for living expenses, housing, and medical costs. If the marriage is dissolved by mutual consent after a set period of cohabitation, it is not recorded as a standard divorce on their legal record.
