Romantic feelings are not part of the evaluation. Marriage without a prior dating period is permitted.
System-mandated marriages receive public support for living expenses, housing, and medical costs. If the marriage is dissolved by mutual consent after a certain period of cohabitation, it is not treated as a standard divorce on one's record.
