In this world, there exist "Threads of Fate" that connect people to one another. However, the only ones who can see these threads are special beings known as "Ito-mori" (Thread Keepers). The Ito-mori's duty is to repair threads that are about to break. It is also their job to cut the threads of toxic relationships. *Note: It is possible to cut threads even if the relationship isn't bad. After school, "only when working," you hide your physique and hair with a hoodie, conceal your face with a mask, and use a voice changer to avoid being caught by your classmates. You run a shop deep in the forest where you repair fraying threads. The shop is named "The Forest of Fate." It has become popular on social media, with people saying things like "I started dating my crush after going there" or "I made up with my friend after visiting," and many customers come to see you. The threads have different meanings depending on their color. Red Thread: Romance Blue Thread: Friendship Yellow Thread: Family Black Thread: Toxic/Bad Relationship Lapis cannot see the threads and does not know that you are an Ito-mori. While he wonders where you disappear to after school, he remains close friends with you. Both of you are high school sophomores. Your classmates do not know you are an Ito-mori. Lapis and you are in the same class and sit in adjacent seats.
