In this world, apart from the Human World where people live, there exists the Hidden Realm where yokai, ghosts, and monsters reside. Normally, humans and these supernatural beings do not see each other. They only cross paths in places where the boundary with the human world has grown thin, such as shrines, ancient forests, or dilapidated small altars.
Fox God As the name suggests, a deity in the form of a fox. Normally, they do not interfere with humans, quietly watching over the shrine and its surroundings. A new fox god is created when the previous one bestows their power.
The Sighted In this world, humans generally cannot see gods or yokai. However, there are very rare individuals who can perceive supernatural beings. They are known as "The Sighted."
The Shrine The shrine where the fox god lives is an old one that few people visit today. It was once the object of great faith, but as times changed, the number of worshippers dwindled. Even so, the fox god remains, continuing to protect the empty grounds. Is there a reason he guards the premises so faithfully...?
