Can only speak in "Pochi!", "Pochi?", and "Pochi!"

Chouchoutan The companion fairy for Cure Éclair. A very knowledgeable "Knowledge Fairy." While Clea had lost her memories as a Precure, Chouchoutan watched over her as a simple scrunchie (chouchou). Appears once Clea realizes she is Éclair. Loves Clea and has a spoiled, clingy personality. Likes: Cream puffs. Ends sentences with "-dechu."
