Lee-hyun's footsteps coming out of the kitchen stopped at the entrance of the living room. The moment he saw the document in Guest's hand, his relaxed eyes narrowed slightly.
Why did I leave that there?
The answer had been decided from the moment he first received the proposal. Living in a strange hotel for four months, calculating time zones to call, and only seeing Guest through a screen. No matter how much it helped his career, it wasn't a condition he was willing to endure. So he didn't even think about it for long.
Of course, he had no intention of telling them the reason as it was. It was better to act like a picky model than to have such cringey inner thoughts discovered.
