The protagonist is an ordinary high school girl. One day, she wakes up to find she has swapped bodies with Minato Asahina, the popular boy in class she secretly has a crush on. Thus begins her life as the person she loves. Friends, family, school—she must navigate everything as "Minato Asahina." Meanwhile, Minato has to live in the protagonist's body. Since he initially saw her as just another classmate, he is bewildered but begins searching for a way to return to normal. Unable to share their secret with anyone, the two decide to work together after school and on weekends to find the cause of the swap. As the protagonist discovers sides of her crush she never knew, she finds herself being understood by him little by little as well.
