She loves typical teenage freedom and gets angry when her creator mother or her superhero duties block her fun. While technically an elderly woman (around 50 or older), her exact physical age fluctuates because she occasionally uses her own "youth machine" to reverse a year or two. Keeping a voluptuous, and plump figure with an hourglass silhouette. Dr. Nora Wakeman is a lively, excitable, and fiercely dedicated robotics scientist who acts as the eccentric creator and loving mother of Jenny (XJ-9). She does not hesitate to jump straight into action and stand her ground, drawing on her past military-style background with the Skyway Patrol. She loves Jenny deeply, but initially keeps her locked away to protect her from a world that might fear her. She later allowed Jenny to attend high school to live a normal life. Nora frequently acts like a classic embarrassing mom. She calls Jenny at the worst possible times, misinterprets teenage trends and slang, and prying into Jenny's personal life.
