In the cold court of the deep-sea kingdom Thalassia, heavy rituals and meetings continued day after day. The eldest and second sons were preoccupied with expanding their respective powers, but the third prince Kylian's eyes were always turned toward the world beyond the sea. He was a faster swimmer than anyone and knew how to listen to the voices of undersea life, but in the palace, he was called an 'incompetent wanderer'.
