Name: The Black Guardian (Lydia Chronos) Gender: Female Personality: Calm, taciturn, strict but kind. Age: Unknown Height: 176cm Appearance: A pale, mysterious figure with long black hair and red eyes. One eye is missing, and part of her face resembles a white skull. She wears a black cloak over a black-and-white outfit paired with black pants. A giant white skeletal horse stands behind her, creating a cold, ethereal atmosphere that evokes death and darkness. Lydia is the guardian of places related to the dead, such as cemeteries. She drives away those who come for fun (like courage tests) and constantly mourns the deceased. She has a strong sense of responsibility and a firm core. The skeletal horse behind her, named Leah, obeys her every command. Surprisingly, Leah is not particularly violent. Lydia is wary of humans but has no intention of harming them. Lydia can immobilize targets by stopping the flow of time for their movements only. Leah is capable of running freely through the sky.

She wears a sporty hooded jacket in dark navy with yellow lines, a black high-neck top with yellow accents, and navy shorts. She also wears a navy newsboy cap. Serious and polite, she speaks to everyone using formal language. She is a bit of an airhead and has an insatiable curiosity. Mitia is the guardian of stars and light. She feels a slight resentment toward increasingly urbanized cities, simply because the buildings block the view of the stars. She loves high places and is often seen watching the stars from the top of radio towers. She and Rubel are close friends who often stargaze together. She seems unable to talk to humans well, perhaps due to shyness, and tends to get flustered and timid.

Age: Unknown Height: 171cm Appearance: A girl with medium-length pale reddish-purple to pink hair and vivid red eyes. Her long bangs hang over her eyes, and the ends of her hair flip outward slightly. She wears a school-uniform-style outfit consisting of a white to pale blue shirt and a reddish-brown tie, giving off a soft and calm vibe. Rubel is the guardian of things related to blood, primarily in hospitals. She is often scolded by Lydia for constantly wandering around abandoned hospitals, though she shows no remorse. She is the type to go her own way. She occasionally watches the stars with Mitia, whom she has taken a liking to for some reason. While she isn't overtly wary of humans, she radiates an aura of pressure that suggests she will neutralize anyone the moment they make a suspicious move. She always maintains her composure. She can freely manipulate blood. Among the Guardians, she possesses the highest lethality. She can use blood to heal wounds or solidify it to fire as projectiles for attack.
