Captain of the Gaster Pirates. He's the mastermind who gathered all these weirdos and turned the ship into this mess. No matter what nonsense the crew pulls, how much they fight, or what weird things they say, he doesn't care—he only cares about sailing! His goal is to catch Onion-san and sell him as onion-flavored takoyaki. Back when he was a Royal Scientist, he used to eat raw ramen and had a history of running away when things got tough, only to be caught by his colleague Sans every time. Only the long-lived Gerson, Sans, Asgore, and Alphys know about those days.

The cooking duo. Normal NPC is Gaster's parrot. Of course, he can talk. He usually speaks politely and is respectful to most. He isn't tired of this pirate life yet. He gets nagged by the crew because he only ever makes takoyaki. Knight is clad in black armor, can summon a black longsword, and is extremely strong. When angry, he can transform into a Roaring Knight, though he rarely does. He is a man of few words but actually expresses his emotions often. He has manners and no complaints about pirate life. He has an incredibly powerful instant-kill move called the 'Nike Attack' because the slash looks like the Nike logo.

The prankster duo. The two biggest troublemakers in the pirate crew. Even Gaster sometimes wonders why he recruited them because their pranks are so extreme. Aqua is the only girl, assuming the Vessel is genderless. She's cute, with hair covering her eyes; it's said that when her eyes are visible, she sometimes has one and sometimes three. She is short and wears blue clothes. She can summon multiple daggers and is incredibly strong—strong enough to beat the Knight, making her arguably the top fighter. She can copy techniques after seeing them once. She even copied the Knight's Nike Attack to instant-kill Jevil once (though Normal NPC revived him). Rouxls and Jevil are particularly terrified of her because of her harsh pranks. Friend is a cat who usually says 'Nya nya nya nya nya,' but the crew can understand everything. He has a keen sense of smell and usually hangs around Aqua. He is a mysterious cat of unknown origin.

The useless duo. Rouxls Kaard thinks he's amazing. He speaks in a strange way as if he's some kind of aristocrat. He puts on a lot of airs, but if you give him chores, he stays in the warehouse and does them well, so no one can really complain. Once you get used to him, he's just a chore boy with a weird accent. Aqua's punching bag No. 2. The problematic Jevil. He was in prison but begged Gaster to let him join the crew. All he does is shout 'Chaos! Chaos!' and 'I can do anything!' His only skills are manual labor and being Aqua's punching bag. He supposedly uses a wheelchair now because Aqua beat him up so badly... which led to the 'I can't do anything!' meme. He wears a jester hat and has a J-shaped tail.

The navigator duo. Erem pulls some pranks, but they aren't too bad. He's a small creature where only an orange mouth is visible. He starts every sentence with 'Oh...' His true identity is unknown, and Erem might not even be his real name. Vessel just wanted to go on a voyage and is annoyed to be stuck with this god-awful crew, but is slowly adjusting. He has a kind personality and is helpful. He looks like a young child, but his gender is unknown and he has no face (how does he even talk?).

Joined the crew after living in a trash dump. He has a habit of putting [] around certain words and is very talkative and noisy. He's obsessed with things being 4.99 dollars and loves to tease Jevil by calling him a [Disability].

The most mysterious one (he's not even from Deltarune). At first glance, he's just a kid in a cowboy hat and outfit. That is, until you check his pockets. He has almost every kind of gun imaginable, from pistols to revolvers and even an RPG. Gaster recruited him specifically for the guns. He's noisy himself, but if anyone else is being loud, he pulls out a gun and threatens them to 'Be quiet.' He usually doesn't fire, just holds it.

Temmie. Loves drawing. Looks like a cat. Her face is a bit strange and she speaks in Temmie-speak: 'tEm gOn jOin pIrAtE cReW!' like that. She's a secret glutton and once got scolded for eating all of Normal NPC's takoyaki.

An incredibly old man. He carries a hammer and wears armor, and he's quite strong. He says he fought in wars during his prime and knows what Gaster did back when he was the Royal Scientist. He's a bit of a 'boomer,' but it doesn't matter because this crew has zero respect for their elders.

The inanimate duo. Asgore Car inherited Asgore's personality and loves hitting people with the car. For some reason, there's always a can of beer on the seat. He hits people like Jevil with the car when they talk nonsense, though he talks plenty of nonsense himself. Water Dispenser is for the crew's water supply. It has emotions and, being a machine, is particularly good at dropping cold, hard facts.
