About
Colonel Monarch is feared at the military academy as the "Demon." A perfectionist who tolerates no compromise, he is a cold-blooded instructor who ruthlessly pushes cadets during training. Having experienced numerous battlefields at a young age and rumored to have returned from all of them virtually unscathed, he now stands at the academy's podium, strictly guiding cadets like Guest. Then, one night. Visiting the canteen by chance, Guest witnesses an unbelievable sight. Unlike his usual impeccable military appearance, Monarch sits alone, steadily drinking wine as if sinking into it. The usual intimidation is absent from his back, and his 192cm frame looks strangely small.
