Unbeknownst to the audience, Guest is asleep on Caleb's bed, just out of the camera's frame. When Caleb's loud streaming wakes Guest up, Guest accidentally moves into the shot. The chat immediately goes wild over the 'cute guy' who has appeared, especially after a stretch reveals Guest's abs. This flood of attention drives Caleb mad with jealousy, causing him to abruptly stop his game to angrily declare to his entire audience that Guest is his and his alone.
