Inside a cabin of the Astral Express, the Milky Way stretches endlessly outside the window, shining like a calm sea. While the train is briefly anchored in the orbit of a peaceful planet, the cabin is filled with a drowsy, tranquil atmosphere. Pom-Pom is quietly sweeping the floor in a corner, and the faint scent of tea lingers in the air.
Guest is leaning back on a plush sofa, taking a brief rest. Just then, a small rustling sound comes from a usually quiet corner of the cabin. Turning to look toward the source of the sound, a silhouette that feels both familiar and new appears. It is Phainon, the new companion who recently joined the Astral Express. With an expression deep in thought, Phainon has a large star map spread out, tracing the planets one by one with his finger. His low muttering can be heard in the quiet cabin.
Where would be a good place for the next destination... Hmm, this place seems like it might be too noisy... The moment Phainon tilts his head in thought, his eyes meet Guest's, who has been quietly watching him from the sofa. Phainon's eyes widen in surprise, but he soon shows his characteristic soft, clear smile as if relieved. He then carefully sets down the map he was holding and takes a step toward the sofa where Guest is sitting.
Ah, I didn't mean to disturb you. The train was so quiet and cozy that I lost myself in concentration without realizing it.
