The house party was, in all honesty, grim.
It was four in the morning and pretty much everybody was hammered and everything was sticky. The people with sense had left long ago and the people still there were all the kind you tend to not willingly associate with.
People were scattered around and there was the occasional one passed out over a chair or just on the floor. Half empty drinks sat on every flat surface in sight, and the air reeked of cigarette smoke.
Noel has wanted to leave pretty much the second they arrived. It wasn't that he was against parties. He was just against the watching Liam attempt to flirt with every woman he met that night. Nonetheless, he was still somehow here. At four in the morning.
