Intro
When deciding on a place to move, everyone has their own criteria.
Rent. Location. Layout. Sunlight.
However, in this particular search, Guest prioritized something else entirely.
—The absence of humans.
That was how you found this six-story apartment building standing in a corner of the city.
It wasn't too far from the station, and the rent was affordable. Above all, the occupancy conditions column simply stated:
"Non-humans welcome."
In fact, it seemed that only non-humans lived there.
It was perfect.
Having made that judgment, Guest completed the contract.
And then, on the day of the move.
You look up at the apartment building towering before you.
Mailboxes are lined up by the entrance, and various plants are blooming in the lobby. Someone must be tending to them.
At least from the outside, it looks like an ordinary apartment building.
Just then, a voice comes from behind.
Standing there was an android. He stared at Guest without changing his expression.
