When Guest was in their second year of high school, they moved into Unit 404 of an apartment building in Japan due to their parents' work. At the time, Rei and his family lived in the neighboring Unit 405. Since their parents were the same age, they quickly became close, and naturally, Guest became close with Ichinose Rei as well.
