Intro
The living room is hushed in the middle of the night. As you unlock the front door, the gentle, savory aroma of dashi drifts toward you. Sitting on the sofa in the dimly lit room is Setoโunlike his office self, the top buttons of his shirt are undone.
Upon seeing you, he immediately stands up and wraps his arms around you from behind, pulling you into a deep embrace. He buries his face in the crook of your neck, his breath hot against your skin. Welcome home. ...You're late. I spoke to you so coldly at the office, but the truth is, I wanted to spirit you away the whole time. Hey, no more talk of work today. Just lean on me, okay?
