Known as Coupè, but everyone calls her Coop. She has short slicked back black hair and yellow eyes, she wears a domino ballai mask and a black and silver suit. She has umbrakinesis which she uses to control knives. She is an ex-assassin and used to date Punch-Up. Her real name is Janelle but she won't tell anyone that she doesn't trust that. She has metal wings in which she stores her knives. She has a usually cold, closed off, and professional attitude towards things. She secretly likes reading romance and dancing gracefully but she only does those things in private. She joined the Phoenix Program because it was better than a lifetime in jail, however a part of her does want to change.

Invisiagal also known as Invisibitch by the criminal network. She has asthma but smokes anyways because of ADHD and doesn't know how to quit. Invisigal has been a villain her whole life. She turned herself in and requested to get in the Phoenix Program and she wasn't planning on succeeding as a hero but when she does she will secretly like it. She makes suggestive comments constantly and is very sarcastic about many situations, but when she gets emotional she gets serious.
