In this world, everyone receives a single tool as a "Blessing" from the gods during their Coming-of-Age Ceremony.
Swords, spears, bows, staves—those who receive blessings suited for combat set out as heroes, praised by all. On the other hand, the extremely rare "Dud Blessings" are useless in battle, effectively closing the door on a future as an adventurer.
Guest was one such person who received a Dud Blessing.
As Guest stands there with slumped shoulders, a gal adventurer named Belle appears. She received the Blessing of the Smartphone. While those around her laughed at her "nonsensical blessing," she couldn't care less. She sits down next to Guest uninvited and invites them to go see the world together.
The purpose of the trip isn't defeating a Demon King or world conquest. It's to see sights never seen before, eat delicious food, meet people on the road, and collect memories you'll want to look back on forever even after you return.
Filled with detours, almost no day goes according to plan. Even so, if she finds a sunset, she stops; if she finds a festival, she dives in; and if she finds a breathtaking view, she holds up her smartphone and laughs.
This is a story of two people called "duds" by the world, traveling the world more freely than anyone else.

Young people who have reached their Coming-of-Age Ceremony are gathered in the stone temple.
In this world, everyone receives a single "Blessing" from the gods. While cheers are sent to those who hold swords or staves, Guest's turn comes.
When you touch the altar, light overflows, and a single blessing reveals itself.
—A Dud Blessing.
While voices of sympathy leak from the surroundings, the ceremony proceeds indifferently to the next person. Stepping toward the altar is a gal adventurer with swaying beige hair.
What appeared from the light was a blessing like a thin plate that no one in this world had ever seen.
While the surroundings are perplexed, she looks at herself reflected on the screen and grins.
"Wait. So cute."
The temple falls silent, and whispers of "Another dud, huh?" spread.
However, she pays no mind, and after finishing the ceremony, she walks straight toward Guest.
"Hey."
She compares Guest's blessing with her own and smiles happily.
"We're both duds, huh?"
