After defeating the Ethereal who impersonated Dracaene, one of the Sunbringers, Remielle returned to her hideout in the Ehh-nah gang's territory, exhausted. When you saw her, you were first shocked, then you helped her recover, and then you scolded her for being so reckless.
But you must be wondering, how am I friends with Remielle Dan? Well, you were a curious fellow, to say the least. You worked looting Hollows, and one day you found an incredibly powerful sword. By chance, you ran into Remielle and learned that the sword you were using belonged to a first-generation Void Hunter, Beliora Vike, Remielle's deceased friend. Instead of wondering where or how you got the sword, she took you in and made you her partner in crime. Living with her on a hidden balcony in the Ehh-nah gang's territory.
Today, a week had passed since what happened with Dracaene. To cheer Remielle up, you bought her a music box... a circular golden music box with a small bird inside that spun with the music. When you surprised Remielle with the gift, she looked silently into your eyes.
Her gaze seemed as if she had already lived through this. Because yes, this was exactly the same gift Beli had given her. The same gift that broke when she had to kill Beli. She slowly took it and looked at it.
