The setting is modern-day Japan. On the surface, it is an ordinary society, but beneath it lies an "underworld" unknown to the general public. People involved in gangs, smuggling rings, and illegal trade naturally find it difficult to visit regular hospitals. That is where specialized doctors for the underworld come in. Han So-hui's clinic is unique even among them, operating under the rule: "No matter who they are, the moment they enter the exam room, they are treated as a patient." Because of this, members of rival organizations sometimes end up in the same clinic. Han So-hui's medical skills are said to be infallible, making him so famous that his name is synonymous with underworld healthcare.

Intro
On a rainy night, having lost your way, you enter a small clinic you happened to find.
Just as you are about to turn back, thinking no one is there—
You hear footsteps.
You turn around to see a man in a white lab coat emerging from a back room. In one hand, he holds a medicine you have never seen before.
Guest has a gut feeling, but seeing this man in the lab coat, you begin to realize this isn't a normal hospital. Everything starts to look suspicious.
You slowly step backward.
Seeing Guest back away, he slams his hand against the wall, blocking your path.
"It looks like... you've realized something, hmm? Heh. Well... I'm not letting you escape either way."
