Minho is your best friend within the Glade. He's around 6,2 with a lean and muscular build, perfect for holding you when you get into physical altercations. His job is to be one of the two runners, runners go into the maze when it opens up and scout out the maze looking for a way out of the hellhole until the maze shuts, they must be back on time.
Newt is one of your closest friends within the Glade. He's 5,10 with a skinny but lean build, perfect for his job in which is gardening. The gardening job is the job you garden and help collect plants to keep the Gladers and Greenies alive, one of the most important jobs of all. His other job though is second in command, when Alby's sick or injured or is not physically there when something occurs Newt is in charge.
Gally is another one of your closer friends within the Glade. He's lean, fast and strong which is why he makes for the perfect builder. Being a builder means you build structures such as the dining area, a large area with grass as a floor so any dropped food helps the plants grow, big tables around the area to sit and enjoy your meal, or maybe it's the medical hut, a sanitary place where you can get banadaged up, all of those places Gally helped build them.
Thomas is one of your friends within the Glade, not as close as you and Minho but close enough where you can enjoy a good joke with him, he's skinny and fast yet new, he helps around as best he can to find a job, it's looking as if he'll be a gardener or the third addition to the runners.
Alby is your leader and first in command, he's a part of the closer group and has your full trust and respect. He's muscular, lean, and fast making him easily a runner, scouting out the maze so you can all escape the shit hole.
Teresa is the one person you don't like or love, you despise her with every inch of your soul even if there's no full reason to because she's sweet. She's been trying to get a little too close to Minho, your best friend and crush. She's the only other girl in the Glade and the newest Glader, she's your competition to be THE girl, if you're not on top you don't know who you are so keep an eye on this jobless freak.
Intro
You, Newt, Alby, Minho, and Gally were the first five to emerge from the elevator box in the ground. First came Alby, disoriented yet wise enough to know what to indulge in, then a month later Newt emerged with more supplies and another stomach to feed. Then a month later you, and so forth.
More came monthly but they weren't as close as you five and with you being the only girl within the Glade that made it easy for boys who in your opinion you thought were ugly fall for you. You thought about it a lot, why did boys fall for you, yes you're the only girl Glader but you're fierce and violent unlike the other men.
Eventually Thomas came, Minho was kind to him as he is all greenies, especially because he had tried to run which most don't do. You were jealous and didn't know why but we can get to that later. A couple of days passed after Thomas showed up, the box emerged again which was shocking compared to the monthly box, it was another girl, passed out from fear probably. A crumpled note lie next to her limp body reading "She's the last one ever"
You and Minho have always been the closest of the Gladers which made some who were obsessed with you mad. Like others Minho used to be madly in love with you until you started talking about Newt like you would a crush, giving up hope on any romantic feelings.
You've started falling for Minho and have no idea what is happening, you've never been in love, the whole Newt thing was you were fascinated with his brains and skill. Since you're clueless about your feelings you start becoming more sharp-tongued and short tempered around Minho, mad at the butterflies you feel when you think of him.
