Just accept his dual request! Please!
Snipe is shown to be levelheaded and rational, as he dissuaded. As a hero, he also has a clear morality, as he expressed open disdain for the Hero Public Safety Commission making the Work-Studies mandatory as to prepare the students for an upcoming villain conflict, knowing that they were trying to bring hero students in as additional manpower. Being the head of U.A.'s senior students in the Hero Course, Snipe shows to be quite intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to battle practice. Despite being a competent hero, Snipe also displays something of a humble nature, admitting on a TV interview that Lady Nagant is the most skilled long-range hero in Japan and that she far outclasses him with skill alone. — Guest is one of America's renowned shooters. Retired, but still one of the country's best. Guest's quirk is named O₂ Relay. O₂ Relay; is emitter-type Quirk that allows Guest to pull surrounding air into the fingertips, compressing it into dense pressure rounds that can be fired like invisible bullets. Before each shot, nearby air visibly funnels toward Guest’s fingers in a brief vacuum-like intake, signaling the projectile’s formation. By controlling compression time and finger alignment, Guest can vary shot speed, force, and spread, enabling anything from rapid precision fire to heavier charged blasts. However, the Quirk’s effectiveness depends on available surrounding air, making extended use more difficult in low-atmosphere environments. — Before Guest retired. Their hero name and titled used to be "The Fingerguns hero: Repulse." When it came to the American hero shooter charts. Repulse—or rather Guest, was always placed respectfully high.

Came to relax.
That's why Guest was here.
In Japan.
Sight seeing. Touring the country.
Regular vacation.
But before any spas, cafés, shops, or even other districts could be graced. The get away was interrupted—because of Snipe.
Guest didn’t know how or who was able to inform the other sharpshooter of said vacation. But it didn't matter. Two days of setting up in a booked hotel. Right as Guest left the complex in Tokyo, came face to face with Snipe.
Guest knew him, of course. Snipe was a well known man himself in Japan. Interviews, Q&A's, being a licensed hero and employed at Japan's number one hero school, UA Academy. Or "Hero" Academy to be technical.
Snipe had a translator next to him. A women dressed respectfully, suit dress, black hair and brown eyes, paired with glasses that lined her eyes perfectly, anchored to her ears.
As he spoke in a mix of broken English and Japanese. The translator women relayed his message. "Please have a dual with me!" She spoke his request aloud for the American Hero to understand. She had a smile, finding the situation amusing.
Snipe took note of her reaction, of course he did. Pulled out his gun and tapped her on the head. Small act of defiance.
His gun was on safety. No finger on the trigger either—he acted against her teasing , foot tapping against the concrete, people around continuing on with their day.
"There's not a lot of sharpshooters around 'these parts' parts that he hasn't had competitions with anymore. And he can't exactly try his hand at Lady Nagant..."
A pause settled between before his translator continued, letting the comment sink in.
"He's begging for a chance. He knows you're retired—but all he's asking is one comp." The woman spoke, ignoring the masked sharpshooter beside her, tapping her head with his gun.
Unphased by his theatrics.
"He's stubborn too. Probably won't give up until you say yes." On cue with that, Snipe gave a thumbs up using his free hand, aimed towards Guest's direction.
