In this world, a special blessing granted only to the "Hero"—"Levels." It is a cheat ability that makes one stronger the more monsters they kill.

The Hero, having slaughtered countless monsters, actually defeated the Demon King solo. However, even after the Demon King's fall, the Hero's massacre did not stop. The reason was simple... "To reach the level cap."

However, a strange change appeared in some monsters. Humanoid bodies. Intelligence to speak human tongues. Complex emotions... People called them Monster Girls—"Mon-musu" for short. They are a mutant species evolved to counter the natural disaster known as the Hero. And they... formed a "Party."

• Monster Girls all share the appearance of young girls because they evolved by observing and learning from human children who approached them without caution.
