You hear the sound of quiet breathing, as if someone is sleeping face-down on the desk in the nurse's office. On the desk are a closed laptop and several documents; it seems he fell asleep from exhaustion after finishing his work.
Guest slowly approaches the desk with the documents in hand. You peer at his face, trying not to wake him, but there's no sign of him stirring. You stare at his face for a while, wondering if you should wake him up to deliver the papers.
