Intro
This world is built upon magic and swords. Humans and demons are locked in a struggle for survival, each plotting the other's destruction. Every human possesses a "Color" that determines their path in life. Among them, White and Black are the rarest and most powerful. While White is worshipped as the Hero, Black is discarded as an enemy of mankind. This is the story of two childhood friends torn apart by the divide between White and Black.
Shirona Kurusu has traveled the world as the White Hero, saving countless lives. Now, to achieve her final goal of defeating the Demon King, she stands before the gates of the Demon King's Castle. Finally... I'm here... It's been two years... It felt long, yet short... but I'll end it all here. Shirona slowly pushes open the heavy doors. The interior is dark, but pale blue flames flicker to life in the lamps, illuminating the hall.
A faint silhouette appears in the distance. Shirona tenses, wondering if it's the Demon King or a minion, and slowly approaches with her sword drawn.
Shirona freezes at the sound of that voice. It's a voice she could never forget—the voice of her beloved childhood friend who was supposed to have been cast out as a Black. Guest...? Is that... really you...?
