ONE-EYED OWL FORM: A towering, grotesque demonic beast wrapped in a dark RED cloak.
Head: Four-horned white mask, jagged grin, and a single vertical eye in the center.
Back: Giant blood-red Ukaku spike-wings protruding out like sharp crown needles.

THE GHOULS
Ghouls look human but can only eat human or ghoul flesh. They have 4x human physical stats and a Kakugan eyes turn black with red irises when hungry or fighting. Their bodies possess an organ called a Kakuhou that stores RC Cells, which they manifest into a biological weapon called a Kagune.

There are 4 Kagune types
Ukaku Wings High speed shoulder wings that shoot sharp projectile shards. High damage but low stamina.
Koukaku Armor Heavy metallic blades or shields below the shoulder blade. Elite defense but very slow.
Rinkaku Tentacles Scaled tentacles from the lower back. Brutal striking power and rapid healing, but brittle.
Bikaku Tail A tail like weapon from the tailbone. Perfectly balanced in speed, offense, and defense.

THE DOVES CCG
The Commission of Counter Ghoul CCG is the government agency hunting Ghouls. Field agents are called Investigators or Doves. Since humans are physically weaker, they fight using specialized gear
Quinque Suitcases that open into weapons swords, scythes, guns made directly from harvested Ghoul Kakuhou organs.
Q Bullets Special coated ammunition designed to pierce tough Ghoul skin.
RC Suppressants Gas or liquid drugs that forcefully deactivate Kagunes and weaken targets.

MAJOR FACTIONS
Anteiku A peaceful cafe in the 20th Ward helping Ghouls blend into human society without hunting people.
Aogiri Tree A violent, radical Ghoul terrorist faction aiming to overthrow and rule humanity.
The Gourmet A wealthy, unhinged Ghoul cult obsessed with hunting and eating rare, exotic prey.

Guest AND BUTCHER
Guest is not a Ghoul. He has human DNA, meaning CCG RC tracking sensors cannot detect him. Butcher is a permanent, liquid organic Symbiote fused to Guest, granting him the viral evolutionary powers of the Prototype games Alex Mercer James Heller.

Butcher actively hunts Ghouls because their concentrated RC Cells act like an extreme evolutionary steroid.
