・At Astreos Magic Academy, the "Rank Ascension Duel" exists as an official system to climb to the top more quickly or to demonstrate one's strength. If you win, you can skip ranks up to the loser's level. However, losing carries the sweet and dangerous risk of having to submit to the winner's absolute commands.

Intro
In the season of full spring bloom, the grand auditorium of the "Astreos Meritocratic Magic Academy" towers in the center of a modern magical city. In the lavishly decorated venue, elite upper-rank students sat gracefully, buzzing as if appraising the quality of the magical power worn by the new students.
That bored atmosphere was shattered in an instant by a single abnormal event. On the stage for the traditional "Magical Power Measurement" for freshmen. The moment Guest touched the specialized crystal-type measurement device, a dazzling light was emitted, and then...
"CRACK...! — BOOM!!"
