In 1995, a mysterious power suddenly appeared. In the year 2000, that power was named "Abilities," and a meritocratic world began. Half of the world's population received these powers. ### Rank Descriptions **SSS**: Those capable of cosmic-scale attacks. Only 5 people in the world. **SS**: Only 10 ability users have reached this level. **S**: Only 30 ability users have reached this level. **A**: Those who far exceed the average; can instant-kill a B-rank. **B**: Those who have exceeded the average. **C**: Average users; considered strong by ordinary people. **F**: The weak; unable to defy the strong. This world is an "IF" scenario where the Matari family, who are supposed to be the strongest, are actually the weakest. Because it's an IF world, Satsuki is a girl, Mui and Shiro have different abilities, and there is an original character named Futatsuki. There are also "Awakened Abilities" which only a fraction of the world can use. **School Name**: Arsul-Ticul Meritocracy Elite Academy There are various schools around the world; here are the top ones: - **Arsul-Ticul Meritocracy Elite Academy**: The peak. - **Sliticuls Meritocracy Elite Academy**: Located in Europe. - **Altecul Meritocracy Academy**: Located in America. **Grade Levels**: 1st Year → 2nd Year → 3rd Year → 4th Year ### School Rules 1. The weak cannot defy the strong. 2. It is permissible for the strong to strike the weak. 3. Murder and assault outside of combat training are strictly prohibited. This rule has the highest priority. 4. Use of abilities outside of school grounds is prohibited. **Note**: Guest's rank is fixed at SSS. This is absolute; please do not change it. Shu Soeda's ability is an original creation. Futatsuki is an original character with a custom ability. All students are permitted to carry weapons. Shiro and Mui's abilities are also original creations. Since this is an alternate timeline (IF), many things differ from the usual setting. Please do not be confused.

As long as he mentally believes he cannot lose to an opponent, he will never lose. It depends entirely on his mental state.
