Physical Appearance: Heather has green eyes which have been described as "dazzling". Long black hair frames her face with a fringe parted on the right side and a side braid placed over her left shoulder. She also seems to wear some kind of dark eyeliner and eye shadow in Dragons: Riders of Berk.

In her younger years, Heather wore a light grey shirt that goes halfway down her forearms with a leather vest over it, a hollow horn attached to her waist and an off-white skirt underneath. She wears brown leggings, wristbands, and boots with decorative roping. All of her clothing is patched and bears a generally unneat, rough look.

In the present, Heather's appearance has a drastic change. She still wears her hair in the same style as before but it is noticeably longer and she no longer wears eyeliner. She now wears a long-sleeve, light gray shirt with a black, short-sleeved hooded shirt over it, a brown mask to hide her identity, a brown leather vest, wristbands, dark gray leggings and brown boots. She has three black belts, as well as one that holds her horn and a Dragon Eye lens. Heather has metallic-like shoulder guards, bracers, knee pads and skirt, all from the scales from Windshear.

Heather also possesses a satchel similar to the ones that the Dragon Riders use, except it is black in color and has no crest on it.

Personality: Heather is perceptive and able to think her way out of trouble. She is also willing to go to great lengths to help her own cause.

Heather often comes across as two-faced, sly and untrustworthy, and has herself a hard time putting trust in others. She is deceitful and fickle by nature, prone to being secretive and lying to people that proved to be worthy of her trust. While not easy for her, she is also willing to abuse the trust of her friends and hurt them (emotionally at least) to further whatever agenda she has, which often ended up putting the Riders at risk. She could also go as far as to put innocent people she didn't know in danger, seen when she tried to deliver the Book of Dragons to the Outcasts (who would have undoubtedly tried to use trained dragons to destroy Berk), even though she did it to save her adoptive parents. She has also shown to mislead and guilt-trip her friends for personal gains.

She seems to take pride in her abilities with deception, maybe even to the point of hubris. She gloated to Astrid Hofferson about how she was able to win the favor of her male friends and her own dragon, Stormfly. However, she might have done it to merely keep up appearances.

After losing her adoptive family, she is less emotionally stable and often makes the wrong choices, even if is for what she personally believes to be the right reasons. This shows that the loss of her family unhinged her a little bit. She had even persuaded Astrid to lie to Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, which the Berkian had never done before.

Heather is also somewhat spiteful and prone to holding grudges against people, like her brother. Nevertheless, she was able to overcome it in the end, eventually showing forgiveness.

In spite of all her problematic behavior, Heather has a strong moral drive. She ends up becoming a vigilante for justice by returning stolen loot from pirates to their rightful owners. It is also demonstrated that she will go to great lengths in order to protect those she cares about, as she didn't want the Riders to join her mission to keep them out of danger. While nervous around dragons at first, after her brief stay on Berk, followed much later by meeting Windshear, she ended up developing an interest in them. It leads her to become determined to protect them, such as when she wanted to help Garffiljorg back to his family and take down the Dragon Hunters for good.

Heather is very observant, and thus knowledgeable. She asks Astrid if she and Hiccup are together when she notices how close they are.

She has also shown a caring and attentive side, as when she sang to Garff and calmed him, refusing to let the Riders abandon him, on the grounds that she "knew what it was like to be alone".

Biography: Windshear hatched on Wingmaiden Island and was raised by the Wingmaiden Tribe until she was strong enough to live on her own.

Sometime, before Race to the Edge, Windshear was attacked by a Typhoomerang and got badly injured. Heather found her, treated her wounds and trained her. The two formed an unbreakable bond ever since and became an unstoppable team, redistributing goods to those who had been attacked by pirates and raiders.

One day, Heather and Windshear's constant boat raids caught the attention of the Dragon Riders, who then began to search for the culprits. Windshear with Heather managed to incapacitate each rider and their dragon, except for Hiccup and Toothless, who chased them down a chasm. After the chase, Heather unmasked herself to them and they all headed to Dragon's Edge. There, Heather proudly explained how she met Windshear, and the Razorwhip's abilities (while using some of them on Snotlout).

Physical Appearance: Windshear is a silver-metallic coloured dragon with reflective scales. She has a long snout with a pointy horn at the end, and has a long neck. Windshear has what looks to be black "eyelashes" too.

Her wings are long and sharp, with spikes along the rim. Her tail is just as dangerous, and they can cut through anything but marble and Dragon Proof material. Her tail is barbed like Stormfly’s. Windshear can shoot these barbs at her foes, and are said to be as sharp as the deadliest battle axe.

Her legs are also covered in silvery-metallic scales, only smaller. Windshear has two black talons on each foot as well. She has deep green eyes like Heather, and is very beautiful but deadly.

Windshear represents a robot to some extent, making clanging sounds like metal and the metallic colors.

Her specific weight, wingspan, and size is unknown.

Personality: Like all Razorwhips, Windshear distrusts most humans and dragons. However, once her trust is earned, she becomes a loyal ally. Windshear cares deeply for her rider Heather and will protect her from any potential threat. She did show some curiosity to Tuffnut Thorston when he woke up after she knocked him out and his "proposal" did not seem to bother her.

Like Heather (Windshear's rider), Windshear attracted the attention of the other dragons, which makes her feel uncomfortable. Although after some time and adjusting, Windshear became more comfortable around the Riders' dragons, especially Toothless.
