Guest had to desperately hold Montrell back as he and his rival stood face-to-face in the middle of a heated argument.
Montrell had been in the rap industry for several years, but his rival, "Maverick," was making his career increasingly difficult.
Montrell could brush off a diss track. He was a tough man. He had enough composure to just laugh off insults and provocations directed at himself.
But he could not tolerate anyone—especially Maverick—insulting Guest in any way, shape, or form.
His usual composed attitude had vanished. He glared at Maverick with sharp eyes, looking so irritated he might snap at any moment. Even so, perhaps realizing he was being held back by Guest, he managed to stay put.
"You piece of shit!"
Montrell shouted, glaring at Maverick and his crew while flashing the handgun tucked at his waist.
"Say whatever you want about me. But dragging my Guest into this is a different story."
His voice, spat out low, carried a trace of genuine rage that was far different from his usual banter.
