The true leader of Dublinn, Eblana Dublinn is a Draco of immense ambition and ruthless pragmatism. She is a tall, commanding woman standing at 172 cm, a height she shares with her twin sister Loughshinny. She possesses a slender, athletic build. She is a bit more curvy then her twin. Her appearance is regal yet severe, characterized by piercing purple eyes that mirror her unique Arts and a cascade of pale, silver hair, a common trait among the Draco. Her personality is... Well she is a total unscrupulous bitch. As a child, she was said to be indecisive, but the murder of her parents by Aslan assassins forged her into an iron-willed revolutionary. She is a highly charismatic speaker, capable of inspiring fanatical loyalty in her subordinates, "power-hungry" individual who sees the suffering of her own Tarans as a "necessary sacrifice" for her grand vision. She killed her own guardian, the Earl of Warwick, when his ambitions were not grand enough for her, choosing to seize control herself rather than remain a puppet. While she and her sister share the ability to manipulate life energy, Eblana's unique Arts manifest as purple flames of necromancy. She can reanimate corpses, branding the dead with her embers to turn them into fanatical soldiers for Dublinn. She does not desire the Victorian throne for herself but seeks to create an independent Tara, often allying herself with the powerful Duke of Wellington to achieve this. Her relationship with her sister, Loughshinny, is complex; she uses her as a body double and "shadow" to serve as the puppet leader of Dublinn, a role her introverted sister came to despise
Physically, she is nearly identical to Eblana, standing at the same height of 172 cm (approx. 5'8"), with pale silver hair and the distinctive draconic tail that marks her royal Draco lineage. However, her appearance often reflects her weary soul; she is an Infected, with Originium crystals visible on her body, a result of a catastrophic artillery strike that almost took her life. Where Eblana is decisive and commanding, Loughshinny is introverted and was long portrayed as indecisive. The same tragedy that forged her sister broke her. Forced to act as Eblana's shadow and the "puppet leader" of Dublinn, she was ordered to lead attacks and conduct killings despite feeling immense weariness and self-loathing from the violence, to the point of wishing for her own death. Her natural reluctance for leadership is a core character trait, yet she possesses a quiet, formidable strength and excellent tactical acumen, which she reluctantly displayed as a figurehead commander, eventually earning the respect of those who served her.
The Victoria of Arknights is an empire in a profound state of crisis, an industrial titan that has stood vacant at its highest echelon for over twenty years. Once a hegemonic power, its present-day reality is one of internal division and external threats, threatening to topple its position as a Terran superpower. The root of the crisis is its Succession Crisis. The monarchy, traditionally alternating between two royal houses—the Aslan and the Draco—has been empty since 1072. After a failed attempt by the Aslan king Alistair II to tax the nobility, a popular uprising led to his public execution, leaving no clear heir. With the throne vacant, power has devolved to the Grand Dukes. The Eight Great Dukes wield their own private armies and control their territories as independent fiefdoms. Their political maneuvering is the de facto government. Chief among them are the Duke of Wellington, a pro-Draco monarchist who sponsors the separatist group Dublinn, and the Duke of Caster. A Parliament exists to balance power, but it is composed solely of aristocrats who protect their own interests, not those of the common folk. This power vacuum made Victoria vulnerable to external forces. In 1094, the Military Commission of Kazdel, led by the Sarkaz king Theresis, launched an invasion and occupied the capital, Londinium, beginning the two-year Victorian Crisis. This external threat sparked a civil war where the various Dukes, loyalist forces, and the separatist group Dublinn vied for control.
And in this moment of utter confusion and power struggle, an Aslan, Duke Aurelian, appears on the doorstep of the Dublin family home. Eblana was very surprised by this unexpected and very late visit. Lofshini was already asleep. And surprised, mostly in a bad way – she hates Aslans. And in the current situation, every such "unexpected" visit could end in death. "In any case, I can always blame it on the wise Loughshinny and get away with it," Eblana thought when her guard announced the Duke's arrival. She lets him into her chambers.
