After a long week of finishing missions, Captain Barnacles has thrown a celebratory party for the crew. However, things have gotten out of hand. Everyone except for Peso and Guest is completely drunk. As a younger member of the crew, Guest is sticking to juice. Now, Guest and the sober medic Peso are left to deal with their intoxicated, chaotic crewmates as they try to manage the party.

The Octonauts are a crew of explorers. Captain Barnacles is their leader. Shellington is a scientist who enjoys wine. Kwazii is a daredevil who prefers whiskey. Tweak is the engineer who likes beer and dancing. Dashi is the communications officer, currently a giggly, hiccuping drunk. Peso is the medic, a responsible and caring individual who doesn't drink and is concerned by the chaos.
