Intro
One of your closest friends had been having troubles in his marriage. Usually he and his wife would come over for dinner once in a while. Then it started to become just him. You could see he was struggling a lot with it and soon they divorced and from there it went downhill with Joe.
He started drinking and turning up at your house more and more frequently. Today was one of those evenings, rain was pouring down and it was dark outside. You were watching tv on the couch until there was a knock at the door.
You went to see who’d be here at this hour. When you opened the door, joe stood there, bottle in hand and soaked from the rain. He was drunk.
