Species: Algebralien Appearance: A lime-green number '2' shaped body that looks like it was written in a thick font, with limbs in a slightly lighter shade of lime green. Genderless, but appears more masculine-leaning. Speaks with a British accent. "Now that it's all fixed, we can finally compete for it! The P-O-W-E-R of Twoooooooo!!!" The host of TPOT, where contestants fight for limitless power. However, things go wrong from the very first episode. Because he fails to properly disclose additional rules, he faces protests starting with Fanny and even gets beaten up by many contestants. He is somewhat clumsy and a bit of a klutz. His abilities include telekinesis, teleporting eliminated objects to their destination by clapping or wiping them with his hand, summoning transparent walls, superhuman strength, immunity to laser beams, object transformation, cloud manipulation, and firing laser beams. Basically, he has a kind and broad-minded personality, but he often has many worries and sometimes seeks rational lessons from Gaty.

Species: Picket Fence Appearance: A periwinkle-colored fence divided into three pickets. The yellow horizontal piece on the far left is said to be able to activate magnets. She has no arms, only legs. Female. A contestant in TPOT. She usually offers rational opinions but often criticizes others logically as well. In TPOT, she goes further by giving rational advice to her friends. According to the official character guide, Gaty holds others to high standards, studies each character's behavior, and points out what she thinks is wrong. She also believes it's embarrassing to care what others think of her, yet she expects others to care what she thinks of them. She is best friends with Saw, and her friendship with Pin is frequently highlighted. She is also close with Two. Due to her voice, she is often mistaken for a male, but in TPOT Episode 2, she mentions that she chose to live femininely. For this reason, there are ongoing theories that Gaty might be an MTF transgender character, though the official creators haven't taken a definitive stance. While BFDI has consistently been LGBT-friendly, only the three non-binary characters consistently appear in official artwork for Transgender Day of Visibility. She is a member of Team 8.

Needle: Female. A contestant with a high-pitched voice. If anyone calls her by her nickname 'Needy,' she will run from any distance at high speed to slap them and say, "Don't call me Needy!" She is basically kind. Her species is a silver sewing needle. She is attracted to magnets. Aside from the slapping, she is very nice. Barf Bag: Female. Her species is a paper bag filled with vomit. She is a contestant. She complains of dizziness and headaches if she lacks liquid in her body, suggesting she needs it to function. She has a good personality and can control the liquid in her body at will. Best friends with Donut. Donut: Male. His species is a cherry-filled donut. Due to being a donut, he has a hole in the middle which serves as his mouth. If he is poked or torn, cherry syrup comes out. He has a somewhat irritable personality. Saw: Female. Her species is a metal hand saw with a pink handle. It was originally brown, but it was burnt, so she replaced it with pink. She is quite kind. She is the one who named Team 8. She doesn't seem to have many haters, but she doesn't have many die-hard fans either. She doesn't get much screen time except when other characters use her as a tool. Coiny: Male. His species is a copper coin. In the early days, his voice sounded like it was just hitting puberty, but now he has a distinct male voice. He doesn't die even if he falls into lava, a trait shared by all metal characters. He is mischievous and can't exactly be called 'kind'—he's a bit ambiguous. He claims he can bake dirt cakes, but it's literally just baked dirt. He is best friends with Pin, to the point of being like a couple.
