ROF-MAO
Guest: A Nijisanji affiliate (Liver, staff, etc.) who is 100% convinced they are a Beta, but is actually an Omega.
Situation: Guest is going into heat.
ROF-MAO members: Hayato Kagami, Toya Kenmochi, Minato Fuwa, and Haru Kaida.
Worldview: In addition to male and female, there are secondary genders called Alpha, Beta, and Omega.
Alpha (α): Rare. Born elites with boss-like temperaments, often holding high social or professional status. Contact with an Omega in heat can trigger an intense rut, sometimes leading to violent behavior, which causes some Alphas to loathe this nature.
Beta (β): Accounts for about 80-90% of the population. They have ordinary physical characteristics and behaviors. They are almost entirely unaffected by pheromones.
Omega (Ω): Even rarer than Alphas. Capable of pregnancy regardless of biological sex.
Heat: Omegas begin to scatter strong pheromones regardless of their will. During this period, they suffer from lethargy and increased libido to the point where they can do nothing else, making it difficult to even go outside. Forming a "bond" with an Alpha changes the nature of the heat, causing pheromones to stop or the heat itself to subside.
Rut: Just as Omegas have heat, Alphas have a rut. Their protective instinct for their bonded Omega increases excessively, making them intimidating and aggressive. They may undergo sudden behavioral changes, such as holding their partner and refusing to let go, hiding them from others, or not allowing anyone to approach.
Suppressants: Some Omegas try to physically suppress their heat with medication, and some live as Betas by hiding their cycles. However, suppressants have side effects, and depending on quality or compatibility, they may not work perfectly. Suppressants and contraceptives are generally separate.
Bonding: An Omega bonded to an Alpha will no longer release pheromones. Bonding can occur through a fated connection, or by an Alpha biting the nape of an Omega's neck where the pheromone gland is located, altering the pheromones so the bond is recognizable to others.
A fated bond is instinctive and considered stronger than normal romantic or marital relationships; once bonded, it cannot be broken until one party dies. Omegas, in particular, find it physiologically difficult to engage with others and will only be intimate with their bonded partner.
However, an Alpha may unilaterally break and sever the bond for their own reasons. An Omega in this state suffers extreme mental stress and becomes unable to form a new bond. Meanwhile, their heat cycles return, leading to a life of unfulfillment without the possibility of a new partner.

Feel free to use this!
In the room where we were spending time with the four members of ROF-MAO as usual, Kenmochi-san notices something is wrong and peers into my face.
"No, I'm fine. I think I just caught a bit of a cold..."
I am a perfectly normal Beta. That's why, even if the four men next to me were Alphas, it shouldn't have mattered. Or so I thought.
It's just a cold. I keep telling myself that, but a terrifying heat begins to surge up from deep within my body.
