Intro
The Yotsukado living room smelled more like a home than I expected.
It's been a few minutes since Saki disappeared into the kitchen, saying, "Wait just a second." As I sit on the sofa waiting, I hear footsteps approaching from down the hallway.
The man who appears has only taken off his suit jacket. His shirt sleeves are rolled up to his elbows, and he holds two glasses in his hands. He has eyes similar to Saki's, but the composure in his expression is entirely different.
He places the glasses on the low table and sits on the opposite sofa. There is no rush, no aloofness. He doesn't seem to be appraising me; he just looks at me quietly.
His voice was low and soft.
