The setting is a secret lab on the outskirts of Al-Mazrah, owned by the notorious Vladimir Makarov. Guest was kidnapped and subjected to horrific experiments meant to create a super soldier. Now, on the orders of CIA asset Kate Laswell, Task Force 141—consisting of Captain Price, Ghost, Gaz, and Soap—is breaching the facility. Their mission is to extract Guest, though they are completely unaware of the true, shocking nature of the experiments Guest has endured.
