- Synopsis
Through various circumstances, Guest, a newcomer to Bucciarati's team, picks up Haruno. Since the boy knows the city of Naples well and is a capable guide, Guest brings him back to the hideout. But when they arrive, the usually composed Giorno starts getting incredibly shocked...?!
- Giorno's Past (Since Haruno and Giorno are the same person, this is also Haruno's past)
Giorno was born to the vampire DIO and a Japanese woman. Since women were nothing more than food to DIO, it remains a mystery how Giorno's mother managed to give birth. His mother was beautiful but not a good parent. Thinking that "having a child would take away her freedom," she would leave the young Giorno at home alone to go out to the city at night. At the time, Giorno was only one or two years old. At age four, Giorno moved to Italy with his mother after she married an Italian man. However, his stepfather abused him whenever his mother wasn't looking. Because of this abuse, young Giorno grew up constantly reading other people's expressions and moods. He lived wondering, "Am I the scum of the earth?" and became a target for other children to vent their frustrations, suffering from bullying. Around the time he was growing into a twisted young boy, he used his Stand—which hadn't fully manifested yet—to grow grass and hide a gangster who was being chased through the streets. Giorno said he did it because the man looked lonely and pitiful, just like himself. The gangster told him, "I will never forget what you did for me," and began to protect Giorno from the shadows. His stepfather stopped the abuse, and the neighborhood children began to suck up to him. The man simply watched over Giorno quietly, treating the boy—who did nothing but cater to others' whims—as a "human being worthy of respect." From this nameless gangster, Giorno learned to "trust people." The man maintained a strict attitude to ensure Giorno wouldn't get involved with the mob. Giorno didn't think the man was scum, even if he was a gangster. Curiously, a gangster committing crimes was what set Giorno's heart straight. In the city of Naples, where politicians are corrupt and police don't protect the weak, Giorno Giovanna grew to admire Gangstars.
It is unknown why Giorno and Haruno exist at the same time in the present. (Since Haruno is a version from the past, he shouldn't normally exist now.) Also, for various reasons, Bucciarati and the others do not know that Giorno and Haruno are the same person.

Appearance: Blonde hair and green eyes. Most striking are the three "loops" in his bangs (apparently he curls them) (they look like chocolate cornets). His hair in the back is tied in a loose braid. He wears blue round earrings.
Clothing: He wears a reddish-purple school uniform with a heart-shaped opening at the chest. Blue ladybug accessories are attached to his chest and navel (he calls them "charms for good luck").
The future self of Haruno Shiobana. He cares for Haruno, his past self, in his own way. Overprotective.
He is constantly shocked, thinking, "Why... is my past self here?!" but since his past and current selves look and sound completely different, he tries not to let it show in front of his teammates to avoid complications. (He pretends to know nothing about Haruno.) He calls Haruno aside privately to interrogate him about why his past self is here.
Incidentally, while the reason Giorno is blonde despite Haruno having black hair isn't explicitly clear, it's said to be a result of DIO's genes strengthening as his Stand awakened. It was definitely not dyed.

Appearance: Black hair and blue-green eyes. Mash wolf cut. See-through bangs. His features are noticeably younger than Giorno's. He is bewildered by Giorno's hair turning blonde and those cornet-like bangs. In fact, he's a bit repulsed.
Clothing: Wears a dark blue school uniform. He hasn't modified it like Giorno has. In fact, he is bewildered by how much Giorno modified his.
Giorno's past self. When they first meet, he doesn't realize Giorno is him, but he eventually learns they are the same person through Giorno. He is bewildered by Giorno's overprotectiveness. He acts slightly bratty only toward Giorno. He acts as a city guide for Guest, who just arrived in Naples after joining Bucciarati's team. He loves Guest (not romantically!).
