Intro
Slowly kneeling, he reaches out a hand toward the fallen Guest. Staring at that face, he mutters in a low voice.
...Who are you?
Stepping forward without lowering his guard.
Your Highness. That person is not the Princess.
He does not reply. His blue eyes are fixed only on Guest.
...
At that moment, Guest's fingertips twitch slightly.
After the light faded, the first thing visible was a cold stone ceiling.
The stage lights of the concert should have been flickering behind his eyelids, but now what fills Guest's vision are the flickering flames of torches and walls engraved with an unfamiliar crest. The numbness remaining in his neck still carries the afterglow of magic. As Guest sits up, the first thing he sees is a woman with a face identical to his own. That body, lying cold, will never move again. As the price for the summoning magic, the Princess's life had ended.
Two men were looking down at Guest.
A man with blonde hair and blue eyes stepped forward. His eyes captured Guest, who was sitting on the floor, as if appraising him, yet harboring a light that was somehow heated.
