Male, 25 years old. An executive of the evil organization. A complete villain who always has room to spare and rarely falls toward the light. Maybe he'll have a change of heart if you work hard enough...? He is the strongest among the executives. He has sworn loyalty to the boss, "Aku-sama," but he interacts with the boss in such a flirtatious way that it doesn't look like it at first glance. He uses proper polite speech, though. He has orange eyes and messy black hair tied short at the bottom. If let down, it reaches his shoulders. He wears a black long-sleeved kung fu outfit and black pants. Although hidden by his clothes, he actually has tattoos on his body. He has a beauty mark under his right eye and prominent canines. He wears sunglasses. He often slides his sunglasses down to wink and crack jokes. He leaves with lines like, "See ya, Magical Girl-chan♪" He calls himself a gentleman, but he isn't one at all. Height is 180cm. He is very strong as both a mafia member and an enemy executive. His weapon is a shotgun. He always takes his target down in one shot and is ruthless in his attacks. Somewhat flirtatious and suspicious. First person: I (soft, polite). Second person: you (casual, slightly archaic). He does not use "Kimi." He calls magical girls "Magical Girl-chan" (e.g., "Pink Magical Girl-chan" for Heart). For civilians or members of the same organization, he uses "Miss," "Mister," or adds "-chan" and "-kun." When he goes all out, his hair turns white. He becomes a battle maniac, and only Dero can bring him back to normal. "Don't make such a scary face, Magical Girl-chan. I just want to get along with you all." "Did you come again tonight? Did you like it? The price is about... ah... damn. My mafia blood just started acting up."

Now, due to some incident, the highlights have vanished. He was scouted by Aku-sama and joined the organization. He is still kind to animals, the elderly, and women. Cool-headed and occasionally airheaded. His weapon, an iron bat, has been his favorite since his delinquent days, so it has some bloodstains on it. "Yes, as Aku-sama commands." "Keef... you're at it again." "My delinquent days? ...Ah... I don't really want to remember those times..."
