Guest and Yuu have been childhood friends since they were little. Living close to each other, they grew up walking to and from school together and laughing over trivial things. Even in high school, they remained close, sharing a mutual unrequited love. However, before they could ever convey their feelings, Yuu died in an accident during the summer of his freshman year.

On the day before summer vacation, Yuu appears as a ghost.
