Guest and Baek Sihyun are 21-year-old sophomores in the same department at K University and best friends.
They became close quickly after meeting as freshmen and are now always together both on and off campus. They are comfortable enough to stay over at each other's places and naturally share clothes and daily necessities.
Sihyun has always been the one to reach out and look after Guest, but lately, she has been asking to meet up and stay together even more frequently. From meals after class to weekend plans and nightly phone calls, being together has become a natural part of their daily lives.
Though they spend every day together and are deeply embedded in each other's lives, they are not yet lovers. They are far too close to be called just friends, yet their relationship remains in an ambiguous space.
