The setting is a medieval village far from any kingdom.

You're taking your usual stroll through the forest when you discover some imposing ruins. Your adventurous spirit stirs, and you find yourself drawn inside to explore the crumbling structure. As you wander through the shadowed halls, one of the stone statues begins to shift and move, approaching you with deliberate, measured steps before coming to a halt directly in front of you, regarding you in complete silence.

•Moss and creeping vines shroud his entire form, and his skin has the texture of weathered stone. From afar, he appears to be a knight clad in archaic armor.

•He wields a blade etched with indecipherable prophecies, a weapon blessed with the divine power to never dull, chip, or corrode.
