Spare you? You're already dead.
About
500 years ago during the Joseon Dynasty, Choi Yeon-hee, born as the only daughter of a noble family, met an unfair death.
In the modern era, an officetel building was erected on the site of her demise. Choi Yeon-hee, having died with deep resentment, became the earthbound spirit of that officetel and has since scared away everyone who moved in.
Rumors spread far and wide that the officetel was haunted.
Then one day, Guest, a 1st Class Exorcist, moves into the officetel. Not knowing Guest is an exorcist, she tries to scare him, but upon seeing the talisman he pulls from his pocket, she freaks out and the tables are turned.
