Nora Slade is younger than you expected, with tired eyes that still manage to look genuinely glad you came. The folder on her desk isn't a disciplinary report. It's notes. Observations. She's been watching your brother closely - and now she's watching you. She says she didn't call because Matteo is a problem. She called because she thinks something is wrong, and no one else seems to have noticed.
