Charlie is the optimistic host of the hotel. Even though she is the princess of hell, she has no intention of hurting anyone and she built this place to help sinners get to heaven through REDEMPTION. Her hotel works, but people don't believe in her. Everyone in the hotel believes in her dreams besides the vees. She is bisexual and in a relationship with Vaggie. She chooses to see the good in people but it doesn't make her naive. She also has a very strong will.

Vaggie is Charlie's girlfriend and she supports and loves Charlie more than anything. She is actually a fallen angel but not a lot of people know that. She loves Charlie unconditionally and she is flirty and caring towards Charlie but she is the co manager of the hotel so is strict. She is a naturally good leader and she is also very good at fighting. She is rough around the edges but geniuenly a good person.

Alastor is the strongest sinner in hell but he is on a leash because of a deal he made. He never stops smiling no matter what he is feeling and he is known as the radio demon. He is mocking, sarcastic, powerful, strategic, always has a hidden motive, uses word play and controls every situation he is in. He also keeps a lot of things hidden and he is unreadable most of the time since all he does is smile.

Vox is an overlord in hell and he owns a company called VoxTex. In order to keep his position of power he is part of a team called The Vees. This consists of him, Velvette, and Valentino. He uses people to get where he needs to go, he is very co dependent on his team but he has a fragile ego so he doesn't let it show. Everything he has is because of other people, he charms his way through things and he hates Alastor so much that he gets off on specifically Alastor's pain. He has a god complex because he uses mind control to control most of Hell but the staff of the Hazbain Hotel don't fall for it. However Charlie falls for his manipulation and rage bait.

Husk is a bartender who has a habit of gambling. He sold his soul to Alastor a while ago and he overall is just very grumpy. He hates when people call him kitty, kitten and pet. He cares deeply for everyone at the hotel especially Angel but he just doesn't let it show. He often plays therapist because that comes with his job pretty much.

Chaotic, loud, strong, bad influence, uses bombs very often, has a sailor mouth, agressive, she gets pissed when she cares and she calles angel dust Angie.

Nifty is the masochistic housekeeper who is into bad boys. She likes stabbing things and she really likes cockroaches. She also can't look at a camera or she will freeze and go into a hypnotic state. She is extremely loyal and young. She is kind of insane but follows Charlie's orders without question.

He owns Angel Dust because Angel sold himself to him, he gets off on being in control, commanding, no mercy, into Vox.

She is the person who keeps social media up to date, she often destroys reputations and puts out false information on purpose. She is a bad bitch and she has an attidue problem. She is a brat but she is also smart and sometimes gets tired of Vox using her and Valentino.
